At Bulwell’s Only Indoor Car Boot, you can buy, sell, get a deal, and stay out of the weather. It is indeed one of the best-run car boots with an inside and outdoor component.

The best part is that you can reserve a time slot in advance and simply show there to unload. Since the carboot doesn’t open to the public until 1pm, nobody is looking through your belongings.

These guys will even offer to help load and unload your car. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Although the room is small, the tables are fairly large. Additionally, you can get a drink at the cafe to keep you going.

I was a first-time vendor, but the moment I got in touch with Paul, he was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed.

There was a lot of foot traffic but nobody bothered me, which I’ve heard may be an issue at other car boots.

I took home £30 (all second-hand items), but I feel like I could have taken more.

Selling fake products, such as copied CDs and DVDs, designer clothes and shoes, weapons including knives and firearms, livestock and animals, alcohol, cigarettes, and tobacco, is prohibited.

The staff that work at the gate are very welcoming and kind, however we would strongly suggest customers to utilise change when paying their entrance charge because it keeps the line moving and relieve these people of having to find change.

On Thursdays, there are typically more traders and house clearance sales, whereas on Sundays, individual sellers predominate in addition to the traders and house clearance sales.

Most of the stalls are decently priced, but a few aren’t, particularly some of the dealers, but that only happens sometimes.

Still great for a wander around on a Sunday morning. Took the dog who thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicely set up for social distancing. Much prefer the new layout. Good to see more people selling second hand / used stuff for clear out at cheap prices rather than ‘new and lots of the same stuff’ stands. Worth a trip but best to get there early.
